Aquastar Swim Lessons Ltd is seeking experienced and passionate Swim Instructors to join our team. As a Swim Instructor, you will play a vital role in teaching individuals of all ages and abilities how to swim confidently and safely.

Minimum 3+ years of experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach swimming techniques to children, teenagers, adults, and seniors, tailoring instruction to each individual's strengths and weaknesses.

  • Provide support and guidance to individuals with varying levels of comfort and ability in the water.

  • Instruct students on water safety and emergency rescue procedures.

  • Develop expertise in swimming instruction and continuously improve teaching methods.

  • Maintain a flexible schedule, including availability on holidays and weekends.

  • Ensure the safety of participants during lessons and around the pool area.

  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and collaborate with team members during emergencies.

  • Arrive punctually for scheduled lessons and ensure all necessary equipment is prepared and set up.

  • Submit completed reports and attendance records promptly.

  • Maintain professionalism and provide excellent customer service to all participants.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Swim Instructor.

  • Certification in lifeguarding, CPR, and first aid preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability.

  • Commitment to promoting water safety and providing quality instruction.
