  • Positive attitude and passionate working with preschool children
  • Basic knowledge of Tzu Chi's background and principles, or a willingness to learn.
  • Agreement with and commitment to teaching according to Tzu Chi's education philosophy.
  • Fluent in English, having knowledge of Mandarin or French is an asset
  • Patient, compassionate, and adaptable personality.

Summary

As an Early Childhood Teacher/ on-call ECEA/RA, you will be instrumental in fostering a nurturing and educational environment for young children. Reporting to the lead educator, your role involves utilizing your core skills in early childhood education and communication to engage with children effectively. Your bilingual abilities in English and French will enhance interactions with diverse families. With a focus on special education and childcare, you will support the developmental needs of all children, ensuring a positive and inclusive learning experience. Your organizational and leadership skills will be vital in maintaining a structured classroom atmosphere.

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
