Duties/role:

· Life Insurance licence asset

· Basic Bookkeeping skills an asset.

· Responsible for general office administration, handling basic client requests.

· Development of Marketing Material and Events.

· Helping to create exceptional client experiences within a small financial planning firm.

· Ideal candidate has strong background in banking, investing or personal insurance, and a desire to learn more or to possibly develop a career in Financial Planning.

Qualifications and Requirements

· Ideal candidate has passed the LLQP exam

· Strong experience in Outlook, Excel, and Word; overall able to learn computers and software well.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· This is a client facing role, candidate must have strong people skills and patience.

· Ideal Candidate has an interest in Business, has office experience or a background in Banking, Investments or Personal Insurance (Life, Disability, Critical Illness).
