About the Role:

As an Automotive Product Advisor, you will guide customers through every step of the car buying process. From test drives to trade-ins, you'll be the key to building lasting relationships and helping our customers find the perfect vehicle for their needs and lifestyle, new or pre-owned.

What You'll Do:

  • Greet and assist customers in the showroom, on the lot, and online
  • Understand and present new and pre-owned vehicle features and benefits
  • Provide exceptional service throughout the entire buying experience
  • Conduct product presentations and test drives
  • Follow up with leads and maintain relationships using CRM tools
  • Stay current with product knowledge, inventory updates, and promotions
  • Work with the finance and service departments to ensure customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous sales or customer service experience (automotive preferred, but not required)
  • Enthusiastic, driven, and goal-oriented attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • A team player who's excited to contribute to a positive dealership culture
