Summary

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our dynamic team at Paratha2Pasta. In this role, you will be responsible for creating delicious baked goods that complement our diverse menu. Your contributions will play a key role in enhancing our customers' dining experience.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes.
  • Decorate cakes and pastries with creativity and attention to detail.
  • Ensure all food preparation meets health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to integrate baked items into the menu offerings.
  • Monitor inventory levels of baking supplies and assist in ordering as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the baking area.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Baker or in a similar role within the food industry.
  • Strong knowledge of baking techniques and food safety regulations.
  • Experience in cake decorating is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
