Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Power BI Developer with strong expertise in PowerShell scripting and DevOps practices to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing interactive dashboards and reports, automating deployment and maintenance processes, and implementing DevOps strategies to ensure reliable and scalable BI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models to meet business requirements.
  • Develop and implement PowerShell scripts to automate data workflows, report deployment, and system maintenance tasks.
  • Collaborate with data engineers and stakeholders to integrate data sources and ensure data accuracy.
  • Implement and manage version control, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation for Power BI reports and datasets.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot Power BI performance issues, optimizing report performance and interface usability.
  • Integrate Power BI with other enterprise tools and platforms as needed.
  • Apply DevOps best practices to enable continuous integration, continuous deployment, and infrastructure as code (IaC).

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or BI Analyst.
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and data modeling techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting for automation tasks.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices, tools, and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Git).
  • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and data integration.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
