Are you passionate about golf and providing exceptional customer service? We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-oriented individuals to join our team at World Swing, where we offer a high-tech and fun golfing experience.

As Counter Staff, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable experience. If you have a friendly attitude, attention to detail, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Set up and maintain golf simulator stations.
  • Handle reservations, payments, and customer inquiries.
  • Assist customers with any questions or issues regarding the simulators or the facility.
  • Ensure that all equipment is in working order and assist with basic troubleshooting.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area and facility.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests in a fast-paced, friendly manner.
  • Adhere to health and safety standards, including food handling and alcohol service.

Qualifications:

  • Smart Serve Certification (or ability to obtain before starting).
  • Food Handler's Certificate (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or food service is an asset, but not required.
  • Ability to multitask and handle various duties simultaneously.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
