- gather and prepare all necessary equipment prior to entering the exam room,
- monitor the status of exam equipment, including power levels and the availability of appropriate exam materials,
- be proficient in using office equipment like scanners, copiers, Windows-based PC computers and laptops,
- organize a high volume of paperwork with careful attention to detail and demonstrate basic skills in the MS Office suite, particularly in Word and Excel.

- excellent verbal communication skills in English,
- ability to work independently and deliver exams and assessments according to specified guidelines and instructions,
- possess technical know-how to troubleshoot basic computer issues,
- demonstrate professionalism under pressure and maintain a respectful and collaborative attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with adult learners with disabilities and familiarity with assistive software such as Kurzweil, Dragon, and Read and Write.
- Extensive experience with online and paper-based exam invigilation.
