About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced
Land& Database Manager
with a strong background in
mining or mineral companies
. The successful candidate will manage and maintain critical data related to mining properties, land, claims, and associated legal agreements. This role requires a solid understanding of royalties, legislative and regulatory compliance, and analytical expertise to ensure the company's mining data is accurate and actionable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage a property management system of comprehensive database of mining properties, land, and claims.
  • Track and update legal agreements, leases, and royalty arrangements.
  • Monitor legislative and regulatory developments affecting mining operations.
  • Provide analytical support to management regarding property status, claims, and compliance.
  • Coordinate with legal and operational teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Prepare reports and insights for management related to mining operations, claims, and royalties.
  • Support audits and compliance reviews related to mining properties and legal agreements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
    in Geology, Mining Engineering, Mineral Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in mining or mineral companies
    is a must.
  • Strong understanding o database mining properties, land claims, and associated administrative processes.
  • Knowledge of royalties, rights , leases, and legal agreements in the mining sector.
  • Familiarity with legislative and regulatory requirements affecting mining operations.
  • Excellent
    computer skills
