Our award-winning transportation division was proudly recognized as one of the Best Fleets to Drive For 2025, celebrating our strong culture, driver support, and commitment to excellence across North America.Our growing and highly respected team is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our head office in Burlington, Ontario.Be part of something biggerAs a Logistics Coordinator, you'll be an integral member of our logistics team, handling dispatch, customer service, and supporting sales initiatives. You'll work closely with our drivers, customers, and colleagues to ensure efficient, on-time delivery across Canada and the U.S., while maintaining compliance with all cross-border and customs requirements.What You'll DoCommunicate daily with drivers to advise on next pick-ups and deliveries.Support drivers with any issues while on route, including cross-border loads, ACE/ACI manifests, PARS/PAPS, and other customs documentation.Update shipment status and load information in TMW/Truckmate.Plan and sequence routes to maximize trailer utilization and profitability.Collaborate with dispatch and sales teams to align loads, meet customer needs and support sales growth.Communicate directly with customers regarding scheduling, service updates, and issue resolution.Assist the sales team with quoting, scheduling and confirming orders as required.Ensure accurate customs information and timely communication with brokers and carriers for seamless border crossings.Who You AreHighly organized, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator.Calm and professional under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Experienced in cross-border dispatching with working knowledge of customs clearance terminology and procedures.Confident using dispatch software and other computer systems.Skilled in driver management and customer service.A team player who treats others with respect and takes pride in their work.What You BringMinimum 2 years of relevant logistics or dispatch experience in produce or cross-border.Experience with TMW/Truckmate an asset.Understanding of ACE/ACI, PARS/PAPS, bills of lading, and customs broker coordination.High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred.Why Work with UsAt Ippolito, we believe in rewarding hard work and dedication.
