What You'll Do
As our Parts Specialist, you'll keep the supply chain running smoothly by managing the flow of parts between OEMs, vendors, and service teams nationwide. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Sourcing, ordering, and tracking OEM and specialty parts
  • Confirming availability, pricing, and compatibility using reference tools and databases
  • Entering and updating orders in the system with accuracy
  • Managing back-orders, substitutions, and discontinued items
  • Preparing precise quotes for customers and service teams
  • Building solid relationships with OEMs, vendors, and internal partners
  • Providing friendly, professional support to technicians and customers

What You Bring

  • Knowledge of RV systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC)
  • Experience sourcing or ordering OEM parts (RV, automotive, or marine preferred)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Clear communication both written and verbal
  • A customer-first mindset and problem-solving attitude
  • Tech-savvy with solid data entry and computer skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
