About the Role

We are building a roster of reliable, safety-focused General Labourers who can be called in for part-time and contract-based work as required. This position is ideal for individuals looking for flexible hours and the opportunity to support industrial maintenance, installation, and warehouse operations across multiple sites.

Work will vary depending on the job scope and may include:

Primary Duties

  • Loading and unloading trucks, equipment, and materials
  • Assisting with deliveries and driving company vehicles (as required)
  • Operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment
  • General site cleanup and organization
  • Moving parts, products, and tooling between locations
  • Preparing tools, materials, and equipment for upcoming jobs
  • Performing counts, inventory checks, and sorting parts
  • Supporting safety setups (red tape, cones, spotter duties, etc.)
  • Any other general labor tasks required to support project completion
  • Bollard installation, fencing, drilling and anchoring.

Requirements

  • Valid Class 5 driver's licence with a clean abstract
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet
  • Willingness to work in industrial/warehouse environments
  • Reliable transportation to travel to various job sites
  • Able to follow instructions and work safely around machinery
  • Steel-toe boots required; other PPE provided
  • Forklift ticket is an asset (but not mandatory)
  • Previous warehouse, construction, or labour experience is an asset
