Mainline Medical is a family-owned Canadian company that's been providing trusted medical supplies to healthcare professionals for over 25 years. We're growing and looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team member to join our warehouse operations.

About the Role

You'll help keep our warehouse running smoothly by picking, packing, and shipping orders, as well as receiving and counting incoming shipments. Accuracy and organization are key — every product that comes in or goes out should be double-checked and handled with care.

Key Responsibilities

Shipping & Fulfillment

  • Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with accuracy and care
  • Use shipping software to print labels and update order status
  • Verify all product quantities and lot numbers before packing
  • Safely prepare boxes and pallets for courier or freight pickup

Receiving & Inventory

  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments
  • Manually count products and confirm quantities match packing slips
  • Check for damage, accuracy, and expiry dates before shelving
  • Organize and label products in the warehouse

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to count/verify items accurately
  • Comfortable using computers and basic shipping or inventory software (e.g. ShipStation, Excel)
  • Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
