Job Title: Bartender
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks to customers, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, beers, and wines according to recipes and customer requests
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and taking orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glasses
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, following cash handling procedures
- Adhere to all Smart Serve regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe environment for both customers and staff
- Assist in opening and closing duties such as setting up the bar, restocking inventory, and cleaning equipment, sweep and mop floor
Requirements:
- Previous experience in bartending or hospitality industry preferred
- Proficient in cash handling and cashiering
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientel.
-open availability on week days (mon-Fri). Shifts are 11:30am-7pm and 7pm-3am.
- Must have your Smart Serve Certification
