About the Role:
We are hiring for one of our prime clients seeking a
Production Supervisor
to lead operations for the Precast division. The role focuses on improving plant efficiency, minimizing costs, and promoting a strong safety culture while maintaining key relationships with customers, employees, and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead production teams to ensure smooth fabrication and delivery of precast products.
- Collaborate with Quality Control to maintain high manufacturing standards.
- Build efficient processes that drive productivity and performance.
- Foster a positive and safety-focused work environment.
- Manage and motivate a team of 20–40 employees effectively.
Qualifications:
- Technical diploma or equivalent experience; Civil Engineering preferred.
- 5–10 years of experience in operations, manufacturing, or precast production.
- CET certification preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; flexible to travel up to 5%.
