Strong Roots Early Learning Centre is now hiring a dynamic and experienced Casual and Part time Teacher for multiple age groups including:

Toddlers

Preschool

School Age

Some of the duties include but are not limited to the following:

  • Creating and maintaining an environment that is clean and safe for all children
  • Carrying out the daily responsibilities of the classroom relating to the care of the children
  • Responsible for the safety and well-being of each child, responding to their emotional needs
  • Implementing lesson plans/curriculum on a weekly basis covering all areas of child development
  • Establishing a professional level of rapport with each family in order to provide quality care for the children

Requirements:

  • Trainee Preschool and School Age Certification up to Level IV
  • Emergency First Aid
  • Code of Conduct with Vulnerable Sector
  • Minimum 1 year experience
