About Produktiv Produktiv is a brand and growth studio helping creator-led startups and digital ventures move from zero to standout. We blend product marketing, design systems, and no-code execution to launch sharp brands, fast websites, and content that performs. We're hiring a Freelance Visual Designer who can think in both pixels and systems — someone who can create visual identities, prototype clean interfaces, and implement cohesive component-driven design systems in Figma. You'll also help bring sites to life using tools like Webflow, Framer, and WordPress.
What You'll Do
Brand & Visual Identity
  • Craft logos, brand systems, and creative direction for startups, launches, and campaigns.
  • Build scalable, flexible brand guidelines that extend across web, social, and product.
  • Translate strategy and tone into visual storytelling that feels fresh, digital, and memorable.
Component-Driven Web Design
  • Design and organize responsive, modular design systems in Figma using components, auto-layout, and variant logic.
  • Create marketing sites, landing pages, and one-pagers with a systematic, reusable approach to UI elements.
  • Collaborate with developers or implement in no-code tools like Webflow, Framer, and WordPress (Elementor or Gutenberg).
  • Ensure brand and UI consistency across digital surfaces with scalable design documentation.
Cross-Functional Creative Execution
  • Work closely with strategists, marketers, and product teams to bring brand stories to life across platforms.
  • Design supporting assets: pitch decks, thumbnails, email templates, social carousels, etc.
  • Adapt creative to suit both high-fidelity builds and lightweight MVPs.

Who You Are
  • 3–5+ years experience in digital, brand, or visual design — ideally in startup, SaaS, or creative agency environments.
  • Expert-level Figma skills, including design systems, prototyping, and responsive layout.
  • Solid understanding of modular design systems and component libraries.
  • Comfortable designing for or publishing in WordPress (Elementor, Gutenberg, or custom themes).
  • Familiar with Webflow and/or Framer as modern web build tools.
  • Portfolio that demonstrates both visual taste and systematic thinking.
  • Autonomous and detail-oriented — you thrive in async environments with clear briefs.

Bonus Points
  • Motion design chops (e.g., After Effects, Lottie, or Spline).
  • Light front-end knowledge (HTML/CSS/JS) or experience collaborating with dev teams.
  • Experience maintaining or evolving design systems for growing brands.
  • Experience working with startups, product marketing teams, or venture studios.
