About the Role

We are seeking a Registered Psychologist or Psychological Associate in good standing with the College of Psychologist & Behaviour Analysis in Ontario. Holders of a Certificate of Registration Authorizing Autonomous Practice as a Psychologist or Psychological Associate in Ontario may also apply to join our team as a Independent Contractor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychological and psychodiagnostic assessments for adults and adolescents
  • Provide diagnostic clarification to inform treatment planning and care coordination
  • Offer Return-to-Work / Fitness-for-Duty evaluations and workplace psychological consultations
  • Collaborate with psychotherapists and clinical teams to ensure integrated client care
  • Maintain clinical records in compliance with CPO standards and PHIPA
  • Participate in case consultation and, if approved and desirous, offer paid clinical supervision to RSW/RP team members
  • Support evidence-based, culturally responsive, and ethical practice
  • Experience with the WSIB Ontario is an asset
  • Invoice Bluefields on a bi-weekly basis for services rendered

Please note: Formal clinical supervision is not included in this role.

Who You Are

  • Registered and in good standing with the College of Psychologists of Ontario (CPO)
  • Authorized to practice Clinical Psychology (and/or Counselling Psychology) independently
  • Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical or Counselling Psychology from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of three (3) years of post-registration clinical experience preferred
  • Demonstrated skill in psychological assessment and report writing
  • Experience in trauma, occupational stress, or first responder mental health is an asset
  • Professional liability insurance in accordance with CPO regulations
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing to team culture
  • Committed to a long-term contractor relationship with the practice
  • Available to begin in December 2025.
