We are looking for an energetic and keen technician to join our dedicated team
The job:
- Promotes dealership by presenting professional image, positive attitude and a clean work area.
- Stays up to date on the latest technical services through training, bulletins, campaigns, etc.
- Perform vehicle maintenance/repairs as assigned by service advisor.
- Completes service and repair assignments correctly, to pass quality inspections or test drives.
- Uses computer to look up and obtain repair orders and parts requests, document information after repairs.
- Assists in parking lot maintenance such as sweeping and snow removal.
- Listens to and supports new ideas and approaches; adapts to change quickly.
- Maintains cleanliness of the customer's vehicle.
- Clean shop as directed by foreman(s).
- Locate and clean shop tools as required.
- Maintains a high level of personal appearance consistent with the standards set by the dealership.
- Performs other duties as outlined by Department Manager
Who you are?
- Valid Driver's License
- Successful completion of 2nd or 3rd year Apprentice program
- Positive Attitude and willingness to listen and follow direction
- Basic tool knowledge would be necessary to begin
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work Saturdays
- Must be eligible to work in Canada
