We're looking for energetic, positive people to join our team as Crew Members — real multitaskers who love food, people, and fun.

  • Your Mission

As a Crew Member, you'll be the heart of our Bonjour Bagel family. You'll prepare bagels, welcome customers, and make sure everyone leaves with a smile (and maybe a craving for another bagel).

  • Main Responsibilities

  • Prepare and assemble bagel sandwiches, drinks, and sides with care and precision

  • Welcome and serve customers with a friendly "Bonjour"
  • Take orders efficiently (in person and on delivery apps)
  • Keep the workspace, equipment, and dining area clean and organized
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards
  • Help the team wherever needed — kitchen, counter, or customer service

  • Participate in daily opening/closing tasks

  • What We're Looking For

  • A positive attitude and team spirit

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus (but not required)

  • Bonus points if you can pronounce croissant properly
