About the Role
Yoggu is looking for an energetic, organized, and people-loving Field Marketing Representative to support Yoggu's sales growth across retail, events, and community channels. This role blends sales, field execution, brand activation, and demo coordination, social media maintenance, and light data analysis. If you enjoy working with people, staying organized, and representing a real-ingredient healthy brand, this could be a great fit.
What You'll Do
Field Marketing & Events Execution
- Plan and conduct retail stores visits to audit merchandising, validate pricing and promotions, and ensure strong brand presentation
- Identify opportunities within retail stores to increase visibility and expand facings
- Capture field observations, competitor activity, and customer feedback
- Schedule and coordinate in-store demos and sampling events and track demo performance and follow-up needs
- Host occasional in-store demos and educate customers about Yoggu products, ingredients, and brand story
- Support trade show planning, logistics, booth setup, and on-site coordination
- Execute planned community engagement initiatives — connecting with local partners, gyms, cafés, and wellness organizations to build community presence
- Review basic sales data and provide simple summaries or performance highlights
- Identify potential new stores and pass opportunities to the operations team
Social Media & Communication
- Support ongoing social media maintenance, community engagement, and inbox response
- Capture photos and videos to support content creation
- Ensure a consistent and positive representation of the Yoggu brand in every interaction
Who You Are
- 0–2 years' experience in sales, field marketing, brand activation, retail, or a customer-facing role
- Comfortable and proficient communicating with store managers, customers, and event staff
- Organized, proactive, and reliable with strong follow-through
- Excited to spend time in the field visiting stores, attending demos, and supporting events
- Able to interpret basic sales information (training provided)
- Familiarity with social media management is an asset
- Outgoing, friendly, and comfortable talking to anyone
- Love for health, food, wellness, and community
- Able to lift demo supplies (up to 25 lbs) and stand for long periods
- Access to a car is a requirement
