Customer Service Representative

We are looking for you

Our Customer Service Representative is a problem solver, professional, courteous. and delivers quality customer service with informed decisions. As a member of our team, you are a direct link to customers and are responsible for timely processing of orders; requests; and acting as the liaison between customers and internal departments. You support and ensure product delivery and customer satisfaction.

Your Objective:

• Process sales orders, ensuring documentation accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure customer orders are accurately and timely managed/maintained; follow up on variances.
• Work closely with internal departments to communicate customer needs
• Track and communicate service information, liaising with customers to ensure that all reporting and customer requirements are communicated in an accurate, timely manner.
• Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
• Create and maintain sustainable relationship of trust with customers.

Success Requires:

• Completion of an Office Administration Diploma or related discipline.
• Combinations of experience and relevant courses will also be considered.
• Two to Three years related customer service experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment an asset.
• Aerospace background and/or knowledge is a significant advantage.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs is a requirement.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail, time and priority management are necessary for success.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment, continually adapt to change and work under pressure
