Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Mixologist/Server/Bartender to join our dynamic team in a vibrant restaurant setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food and beverage industry, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for crafting innovative cocktails, managing the bar area, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

Duties

  • Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including signature cocktails, wines, and beers.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Engage with customers to provide recommendations and ensure satisfaction with their drink selections.
  • Operate the POS system efficiently for order processing and cash handling.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages.
  • Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes; assist in ordering supplies as needed.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining proper cash handling procedures.
  • Demonstrate excellent time management skills to ensure prompt service during peak hours.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is required; experience as a Mixologist is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
  • Provide a superior level of customer service in all guest interactions.
  • Manage the bar opening and closing duties.
  • Prepare cocktails, mixed drinks, wines & beer & Ensures consistent beverage preparation, presentation, and quality.
  • Maintain positive attitude that promotes teamwork within the restaurant
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays
  • Smart Serve Certificate required
  • A passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences for customers.
