Job Summary
Valiantys is seeking an accomplished and strategic Director of Marketing for the North America region to drive all regional marketing initiatives with a strong focus on pipeline generation, campaign execution, account-based marketing (ABM), partner marketing, events, and content strategy. This leader will work alongside the North American sales organization, ensuring marketing is fully aligned to territory priorities, account strategies, and revenue outcomes. This leader will leverage Valiantys' global marketing infrastructure to execute the North America plan efficiently and at scale.
Your Responsibilities
Sales Collaboration & Account Strategy
-Partner with sales leaders to align marketing with territory priorities and jointly drive pipeline growth.
-Build targeted programs that support key accounts and industries.
-Provide sales with tailored insights, content, and enablement tools to accelerate deals.
Pipeline Generation & Campaigns
-Design and oversee integrated campaigns across digital, partner, and field channels.
-Localize global campaigns for the North American market while maintaining brand consistency.
-Drive Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs that increase engagement and win rates.
Lead Management & Marketing Operations
-Streamline lead-to-revenue processes with automation and data-driven visibility.
-Implement lead scoring, routing, and nurturing strategies to maximize conversion.
-Deliver executive-level reporting on pipeline health and marketing ROI.
Partner & Ecosystem Marketing
Lead joint go-to-market strategies with Atlassian, AWS, and ecosystem partners.
Develop campaigns aligned with sales priorities that deliver measurable outcomes.
Represent Valiantys at executive level, ensuring marketing drives influence and growth.
Events & Executive Engagement
Create impactful executive-level events (roundtables, C-level forums, workshops).
Partner with sales on post-event engagement to maximize ROI.
Position events as core to account strategy and thought leadership.
Content & Messaging
Produce content tailored to the North American market.
Equip sales with effective messaging and enablement resources.
Drive digital engagement via webinars, trainings, and thought leadership programs.
Leadership & Collaboration
Lead and inspire a regional marketing team while fostering collaboration with global peers.
Maintain strong alignment with sales leadership for shared success.
Champion accountability, ensuring all marketing initiatives deliver measurable business impact.
