  • Excellentes compétences en service à la clientèle
  • Parfaitement bilingue (français et anglais)
  • Expérience réussie en gestion dans le domaine de l'hospitalité / restauration
  • Solide compréhension de Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.)
  • Bonne maîtrise d'outils informatiques

Miette Boulangerie is looking for a Front of House Manager to join our amazing team

We're seeking someone passionate about hospitality, who leads with positivity and care. If you're organized, bilingual, experienced in customer service and management, and thrive in a dynamic, people-first environment, we'd love to meet you.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Perfectly bilingual (English and French)
  • Proven management experience in hospitality or restaurant settings
  • Strong understanding of Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.)
  • Proficient and comfortable with technology
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities
  • Naturally positive, energetic, and motivated
  • Team player who contributes to a warm and welcoming atmosphere
  • And of course… a lover of quality sourdough bread
