Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Personal Trainer to join our fitness team. The ideal candidate will design and deliver personalized training programs, motivate clients to achieve their health and fitness goals, and foster a positive and supportive environment. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on clients' lives through expert guidance, excellent communication, and leadership skills. Bilingual abilities in English and French are highly valued to serve a diverse clientele. The Personal Trainer will play a key role in promoting health, wellness, and client satisfaction within our facility.

Responsibilities

  • Assess clients' fitness levels, needs, and goals through consultations
  • Develop customized workout plans tailored to individual client requirements
  • Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure safety during workouts
  • Motivate clients to stay committed and achieve their fitness objectives
  • Provide ongoing support, encouragement, and feedback to clients
  • Track progress and adjust training programs as needed for optimal results
  • Maintain a clean and organized training environment
  • Educate clients on proper nutrition, lifestyle habits, and injury prevention
  • Foster strong relationships through excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Manage scheduling of sessions efficiently using available booking systems

Experience

  • Previous experience as a Personal Trainer or in a similar fitness coaching role is preferred
  • Strong communication skills in English; bilingual proficiency in French is highly desirable
  • Proven ability to teach exercise techniques effectively to diverse populations
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire clients
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple clients and sessions efficiently
  • Experience in customer service within a health or fitness setting is advantageous
