The "Recipe" - Job Essentials
- Prepare lab and pilot/plant-scale samples and prototypes according to formulas and process instructions.
- Assist in ingredient scaling, mixing, baking, cooking and packaging trials.
- Document experimental details, observations, and results accurately.
- Conduct basic analytical and physical testing (e.g. pH, viscosity, moisture).
- Support shelf-life studies and product stability testing.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and pilot facilities in compliance with GMP and safety protocols.

- Diploma in Food Science, Culinary Science, Food Technology or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in food R&D, test kitchen or related field.
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with food processing equipment.

- Good understanding of food safety and GMP.
- Team player.
