Marketing Co-ordinator (Remote/Hybrid)

Auger Hollingsworth, a leading accident and personal injury law firm with offices in Ottawa and Toronto is seeking a dynamic Marketing Co-ordinator to grow and manage all firm multi-channel, marketing activities (online and offline). This professional will coordinate, manage and be accountable for all marketing activities and KPI's that drive the firm's growth objectives across Ontario.

Examples of Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and develop campaigns that reflect and elevate the Auger Hollingsworth brand
  • Coordinate with content creators and contractors to ensure high quality and strong engagement across all channels and marketing collateral
  • Undertake research and analysis of key performance indicators utilizing a variety of digital and marketing applications to assess success of campaigns and channels
  • Coordinate various vendors and contractors for marketing and advertising, website development, video production, content development etc.
  • Track and analyze referral statistics using client intake software, and suggest strategies based on results
  • Coordinate e-marketing campaigns, newsletters etc.
  • Liaise with senior leaders to develop, coordinate and execute marketing strategies that promote the brand and drive new client acquisition
  • Create and write content, including sales copy, Firm Newsletters, Referral marketing campaigns and other collateral
  • Recruit and supervise freelance/contractors for various marketing specialty skills
  • Skilled using AI tools or willingness to learn

Examples of Day-to-Day Marketing Activities:

  • Manage all aspects of Firm Google reviews, responses to reviews, coordinating outreach to clients to post reviews
  • Meet and support growing marketing team to support the execution of all marketing projects.
  • Writing of new content, research relevant topics
  • Manage TV and streaming vendors
  • Maintain firm database of all marketing assets
  • Co-ordinate Community Events (with internal help and external vendor help)
  • Co-ordinate with Videographer/Video editor
  • Update YouTube homepage/logo, new postings to YouTube channel
  • Co-ordinate growing firm "list"
  • Co-ordinate Referral Marketing activities
  • Source and order firm SWAG for clients, gifts, employees. referral partners

Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Bachelor's University Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related discipline required.
    Please do not apply if you do not have a University Degree
  • Some marketing, advertising or brand-based experience, ideally in a law firm or professional services organization.
  • Experience must be demonstrated during interview phase by showing your portfolio and/or previous campaign/writing samples
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ideally, bilingual with fluency in English and French
  • Strong organization, planning and prioritization skills with a get things done approach
  • Experience working with a range of marketing tools, software and platforms (Trello, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and/or Illustrator, MailChimp, Google Analytics, Search Console, Ads etc.)
