At 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, we don't just remove junk — we give items a second life, reduce waste, and protect the environment. As a Truck Team Member, you'll be on the front line helping customers, working outdoors, and actively preventing thousands of pounds of material from ending up in landfills.

What You'll Do

  • Drive our Isuzu NPR trucks (automatic, Class 5 required).

  • Lift, load, sort, and remove unwanted items safely and efficiently.

  • Deliver 5-star customer service with every pickup.

  • Quote jobs on-site and maximize truck space to drive results.

  • Divert usable items to donation centres and recycling partners.

  • Track jobs and communicate with dispatch using mobile tools.

What You Need to Start

  • Valid Class 5 Driver's License with clean abstract.

  • Bilingual (French & English) – essential for working with our customers.

  • A pair of steel-toe brown boots and blue Dickies-style pants (we provide the rest).

  • A strong back, good communication, and a great attitude.
