About the location:
Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is a global, luxury hotel management company. We manage over 120 hotels and resorts and 50 private residences in 47 countries around the world and growing. At Four Seasons, we are powered by people and our culture enables everything we do.As an Analyst, Data Quality, your primary goal will be to identify, analyze, and resolve data quality issues to maintain high standards of data quality. You will leverage the data quality framework to partner with our properties and other stakeholders to determine the root cause of data quality issues. You will also set up regular monitoring to ensure that stakeholders are aware of potential issues and can easily remediate the problem.
The individual will be highly technical, meticulously detail-oriented, possess strong data analysis skills, and have a strong business acumen to tie the impact of data quality improvements to strategic objectives of the organization.
This role is based in Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Toronto Corporate Office, reporting to the Manager, Data Quality. This role involves interactions with primarily internal stakeholders at various levels.
What You'll Be Doing
Understanding of Ongoing Data Quality Status Within Data Assets:
Implement data quality reporting based on framework and designed scorecards to drive continuous improvement
Implement ongoing data quality checks and validation processes for all data assets at source and during transformation
Conduct thorough data profiling and analysis to identify data quality issues
Enablement Of Data Quality Improvement Activities and Initiatives:
Support initiatives for data cleansing and enrichment to improve data quality
Work with data owners and data stewards to determine root cause for Data Quality errors by understanding data flows, dependencies, and operational impacts
Execute processes for resolving and documenting data quality issues
Collaborate with properties, data owners, and other stakeholders to implement corrective actions, standardized processes, and preventive measures
Ensure Data Quality Best Practices Continue to Be Applied:
Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in data quality management.

Technical Skills
Applied experience in data governance, particularly in data quality management
Knowledge of industry leading data quality practices
Familiar with implementation and use various data governance tools and software
Familiar with DMBOK principles
Understand of complete data lifecycle and related data governance requirements
Understanding of GDPR and related legislation
Ability to manipulate, analyze and transform large datasets to understand trends and patterns
Working knowledge of cloud computing platforms. MS Azure preferred (Microsoft Synapse, Azure Data factory, Azure Data Lake, PowerBI)
Proficient in SQL or other programming languages
Experience with data visualization and dashboarding (Power BI, Tableau)
Expert in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
What You Bring
Proven experience in data quality management, particularly in establishing and implementing data quality frameworks
Experience in data profiling, cleansing, and validation
Strong knowledge of data protection regulations, and compliance standards
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams to align data quality initiatives with business goals
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, detect anomalies, and translate complex data sets into actionable insights and strategies
Experience with data governance tools and technologies such as informatica
Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., data management, information technology, data analytics, business analytics, informatics).
This role will be a Hybrid working model, which will require 3 days per week at our temporary 20 York Mills Road, Toronto, Ontario location while the Four Seasons Corporate Office located at 1165 Leslie Street is renovated, Toronto, Ontario #LI-Hybrid
