Position Overview:

The Drive-Thru Coordinator at Ontario Hyundai is a critical member of the service team, responsible for helping with the efficient operation of the Service Drive-Thru and ensuring a smooth and customer-friendly experience.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee daily Service Drive-Thru activities and comply with standard operating procedures.
• Greet customers, perform walk arounds.
• Install key tag, mirror hanger, seat cover and steering wheel cover.
• Efficient in-processing and out-processing of all Service Drive-Thru customers, ensuring timely pick-ups and drop-offs of customers requiring the Service Courtesy Shuttle.
• Maintain inventory of Service Drive-Thru materials (Ex. Seat/steering wheel covers, floor mats, vehicle inspection sheets and tags).
• Generate the Vehicle Inspection Sheets for the following business day, ensuring the sheets are completed in a timely manner.
• Perform additional duties as required by management to support the dealership's daily operations.

What You Bring:

• Valid Ontario Class 'G' Driver's License
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with customers, the service team, and management.
• Ability to handle high-volume, fast-paced environments while maintaining professionalism.
• Familiarity with the ShuttleControl Driver Application is considered an asset.
