Your role:

Reporting to the General Manager, the Kitchen Manager will be responsible to sustain brand image and drive sales by creating a memorable dining experience for guests.

Responsibilities/Requirements:

General Kitchen Duties

· Exceed guest expectations by providing a quality dining experience

· Awareness of menu items, specials and current promotions

· Provide assistance for daily operations where needed i.e. cook, serve, clean etc.

Operations

· Work in coordination with the General Manager to promote and maintain franchise/brand expectations

· Conduct kitchen inventory checks and work with suppliers as needed to cost effectively and efficiently replenish/manage ordering process

· Change management & commitment to continuous learning of processes, technologies etc.

Staff Management

· Assist in recruitment and performance management

· Training and development

· Work with General Manager for labour control, budgets and scheduling

Health & Safety

· Food Handlers Certification

· Handling/storing food and supplies with care and in compliance with health standards

· Maintain a clean and organized kitchen in compliance with health & safety guidelines
