Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)
, integrating traditional talk therapy with emerging psychedelic medicine to support clients with treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, trauma, and burnout.

About the Role

We are seeking both a
Registered Practical Nurse
and
Registered Psychotherapist (RP), Clinical Social Worker (MSW), or Psychologist
to join our
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) team
.

You will work collaboratively with our medical director, registered nurses, and other clinicians to deliver safe, evidence-informed psychedelic-assisted sessions.
Full KAP training is provided
— no prior psychedelic therapy experience required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide
    preparation psychotherapy/ integration sessions
    for clients undergoing KAP
  • Conduct
    intake and assessment
    to determine suitability for treatment
  • Work in collaboration with a
    medical team
    providing on-site or virtual supervision
  • Maintain accurate and timely
    clinical documentation
    in accordance with regulatory standards
  • Participate in
    case consultations
    and clinical supervision
  • Contribute to a
    supportive, trauma-informed, and stigma-free environment
    for both clients and team members

Qualifications

  • Registered and in good standing with CRPO, OCSWSSW, CPO,CNO or equivalent
  • Minimum
    2 years of clinical experience
    (new grads with strong clinical foundations encouraged to apply)
  • Training or interest in
    trauma, depression, anxiety, or somatic approaches
  • Strong interpersonal and emotional regulation skills
  • Commitment to evidence-based, compassionate, and inclusive care
