About Fellas

Fellas is a private, appointment-only barbershop in Montreal's West Island. We focus on quality, comfort, and client experience — every visit is relaxed, personal, and detail-driven.

We're looking for a reliable, organized, and creative assistant to help manage daily shop operations and social media.

What You'll Do

  • Greet clients and help create a welcoming atmosphere
  • Capture and post content (stories, reels, before/after photos)
  • Manage bookings, messages, and the shop calendar
  • Keep the lounge clean, stocked, and organized
  • Support events, errands, and business operations
  • Work directly with the owner to help the day run smoothly

What We're Looking For

  • Professional, dependable, and organized
  • Friendly, confident, and comfortable with people
  • Interested in social media, branding, or customer service
  • Comfortable filming or being on camera (training provided)
  • Bilingual (English/French) is a plus

Schedule & Compensation

  • Pay: Based on experience (to be discussed)
  • Hours: Full-time (approx. 5 days/week, aligned with owner's hours)
