Endress+Hauser Canada was founded on May 1st, 1990. The company's main office is in Burlington, Ontario and additional offices are in Montreal, Quebec, Calgary & Edmonton, Alberta. Our Channel Partners and Authorized Service Partners provide coverage and support across Canada.
We are looking for a Contract Group Supervisor to join our Group and they play a pivotal role in ensuring that service delivery aligns with contractual obligations and organizational standards. This dynamic position brings oversight, accountability, and leadership to vendor relationships and contract execution that drives operational efficiency and enhancing value across the board.

Which tasks will you perform? Contracts Group Oversight
- Lead Service Contract Proposals, Service Contract Renewals, and MRO Contract Management team
- Establish, track and hold accountable for meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) with team and escalate issues when necessary
- Resolve escalated issues in conjunction with other functional groups
- Ensure delivery of contract group responsibilities
What are the Contracts Group responsibilities? Internal and External Coordination
- Facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders (production centres, sales reps, and customers)
- Resolve disputes or service issues in a timely and professional manner
- Establish and multiply best practices across customer contracts for best mutual value with customer and company
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, amendments, and performance reports
- Perform some data analysis or work with data analyst in preparation for contract management discussions with customers
- Prepare summaries and updates for leadership
- Support budgeting and forecasting related to contracted services
Process Improvement & Risk Management
- Identify opportunities to streamline contract management processes
- Recommend improvements to enhance service delivery and cost-effectiveness
- Mitigate risks by ensuring proper documentation and adherence to policies
Operational Support
- Coordinate contract renewals, extensions, and terminations
- Collaborate with service sales and service execution
- Support contract management or legal teams during contract negotiations
