Position Summary:

We are looking for a production worker to join our team The Production specialist will be responsible for packaging products in accordance with company procedures and guidelines.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Report to Production Supervisor & Manager
  • Package all products in an ethical, safe and consistent manner that meets the company's quality standards
  • Monitor on-going workflow in order to ensure timely product production, shipping and delivery to customers
  • Monitor inventory levels, and notify Production Manager when low in stock
  • Coordinate with Production Manager to develop production plan and determine workflow requirements based on customer job orders and equipment availability
  • Inspect and maintain the operation facility clean and safe pre and post shift
  • Maintain production documentations
  • Practice food safety at all time
  • Other duties as required

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 1-2 years' experience in food manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of GMP and food safety would be an asset
  • Friendly, reliable and must be able to understand, write and speak English
  • Able to lift 50lbs; physically capable of standing for many hours at a time

  • Legal Canadian citizen or work permit
