Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and attention to detail
• Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization procedures to ensure client safety and hygiene standards are met
• Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable nail treatments and products based on individual needs
• Upsell retail products and additional services to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales
• Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication skills
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies
• Stay informed about the latest trends and techniques in nail care and beauty industry standards

Skills

• Proficiency in nail care techniques including shaping, polishing, and applying enhancements
• Experience with body waxing is a plus but not required
• Strong upselling abilities to promote retail sales effectively
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients
• Effective communication skills to understand client needs and provide clear advice
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Good interpersonal skills to foster repeat business and positive client relationships

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.10-$28.92 per hour
