Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Case Manager to join our growing team. This is a full-time hybrid role, requiring two days per week in our Montreal office. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent communication skills in both French and English, and demonstrate strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client immigration files from start to finish, under the supervision of our team
  • Coordinate and collect necessary documentation from clients
  • Communicate with clients regarding case status and next steps
  • Prepare application packages in accordance with immigration guidelines
  • Organize, re-name, and save documents accurately and consistently within the firm's filing system
  • Answer phone calls and respond to client emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure timely submission of applications and follow up on pending cases
  • Maintain accurate client records and case notes in the firm's database
  • Collaborate with legal team members to support efficient case flow

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bilingual: Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
  • Portuguese and other languages are an asset
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong organizational skills with a methodical and detail-oriented approach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Client-driven mindset with patience and empathy
  • Disciplined, analytical, and dependable
