StoneCrest Hotel is a growing hospitality brand dedicated to delivering high-quality guest experiences and maintaining exceptional property standards. We are currently hiring a full-time Renovation Supervisor to manage and execute renovation projects across our hotel locations in British Columbia and Alberta.

This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with a solid background in repairs, renovations, and on-site project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and carry out renovation and repair projects across StoneCrest Hotel properties
  • Travel to various job sites across BC and Alberta
  • Ensure all work complies with WorkSafe BC safety standards and on-site protocols
  • Source and purchase renovation materials, with a strong understanding of contractor pricing
  • Supervise contractors and coordinate timelines
  • Provide regular updates on project progress, budgets, and timelines
  • Perform hands-on work as needed

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Must have lived in Canada for a minimum of 5 years
  • Must hold a valid Class 5 Driver's License and have access to a reliable vehicle for long-distance travel
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in renovations and general repair work
  • Solid knowledge of construction materials, renovation techniques, and supplier pricing
  • Experience with site safety protocols and WorkSafe BC compliance
  • Physically fit and comfortable working in a labour-intensive role
  • Willingness to travel and stay on-site in different locations (within BC and Alberta) as needed

Compensation:

  • $30 per hour
  • Travel expenses and accommodations covered as required
