We are dedicated to providing fun, safe, and memorable experiences for guests of all ages. We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Customer Experience Supervisor to support our daily operations and help deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, processing transactions, and explaining services such as birthday parties, corporate bookings, and karaoke.
  • Assist with resolving customer concerns in a calm, professional manner.
  • Assist with social media by creating content (photos, videos, stories) and helping maintain an active online presence.
  • Follow company procedures and contribute to a positive, team-oriented workplace.

Technical Skills (Assets)

  • Basic experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
  • Basic photo/video editing skills using mobile apps or desktop tools.
  • Ability to learn booking systems and follow operational procedures.
  • Comfortable using tablets, smartphones, and standard office software.

Availability Requirements

  • Must have full availability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in customer service, guest relations, or hospitality.
  • Experience assisting with events or parties is an asset.
  • Experience managing or creating content for social media is a strong advantage.
