We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Intermediate Software Engineer to join our early-stage construction technology startup, Ontraccr. Your Role and Impact:

As a Junior Software Engineer, you will be at the forefront of our mission to elevate construction businesses to new heights. Collaborating with the UX team, you will bring mock designs to life, turning them into real products. Your partnership with the customer-facing team will translate business requirements into feature-rich functionalities. From architecture to release, you will own the delivery of full-stack features, making a tangible impact on both our product and processes.

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with web development (React + ).
• Strong understanding of relational databases (MySQL, Postgres, etc).
• Experience building and deploying production-grade SaaS applications.
• Solid foundation in software design patterns, testing, and performance optimization.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills — you thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional teams.
• A strong sense of ownership and initiative, comfortable taking features from idea to production.

Nice to Have:

• Hybrid Mobile Development (React Native): Experience in mobile development will be a plus.
• AWS: Familiarity with AWS adds an extra edge to your candidacy.
