Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team for our branch in Oshawa Centre In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by building strong relationship with clients and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is an hourly rated role at $20 an hr and percent commissions

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new sales opportunities.
  • Present and demonstrate products or services to clients, highlighting their benefits and features.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials that effectively communicate product offerings.
  • Track sales metrics and prepare regular reports on performance against targets.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company's brand and expand your professional network.

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for building rapport and trust with clients.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Previous sales experience , door to door sales , and brand ambassadors can be advantageous
  • A self-motivated individual who is results-driven and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Additional Pay : Commissions
