Job Overview

RnR Hot Tubs and Spas is seeking a dedicated and organized Office Administrator to oversee our administrative operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, along with a solid background in office management. This role will involve managing schedules, supporting staff, and ensuring efficient office processes to support our team and enhance customer satisfaction.

Duties

  • Manage daily office operations, including clerical tasks and front desk responsibilities.
  • Oversee schedule management, ensuring appointments and events are organized efficiently.
  • Handle vendor management, maintaining relationships with suppliers and service providers.
  • Assist with human resources functions, including payroll processing and employee training & development.
  • Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and assist with budgeting activities.
  • Utilize CRM for accurate invoicing and client management
  • Support office staff, providing guidance and support for team management.
  • Coordinate event planning for company functions or client engagements.
  • Ensure effective communication within the team and with external partners.
  • Organize filing systems to maintain easy access to important documents.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
  • Ecommerce - update pricing, shipping and customer care
  • Inventory - stock shelves, maintain store and daily register

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in office administration or management roles.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Experience with account management an asset
  • Background in service office management is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Supervising experience preferred, showcasing leadership capabilities.
  • Familiarity with payroll processes and human resources functions is beneficial.
  • Ability to manage calendars effectively for multiple team members.
  • Knowledge of budgeting practices and financial record keeping is advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
