wills and estates, real estate (commercial and/or residential), commercial law, or general practice

In this role, you may:

  • Support multiple lawyers across different areas of law
  • Prepare and review legal documents and correspondence
  • Manage files from opening to closing
  • Liaise with clients, courts, and government offices
  • Conduct legal research and draft supporting materials
  • Assist with filings, scheduling, and case management
  • Help ensure our workflows are efficient and client service is exceptional

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has prior experience as a Law Clerk or Legal Assistant (minimum 2-3 years)
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage competing priorities
  • Brings excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Works well both independently and as part of a team
  • Is proactive, organized, and committed to accuracy
