About the Opportunity
Pivotal Property Management Inc. is an established condominium management company based in Edmonton. We are seeking a motivated and career-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant, with a long-term growth path into a Licensed Condominium Manager role.
This is a unique opportunity to build a career in condominium management from the ground up. The successful candidate will begin in an administrative support position, learning all aspects of condominium operations, and will progress toward a licensed management role with full company support.
We fully support and fund all course, exam, and licensing requirements for employees pursuing their Condominium Manager License.
What You'll Do
As an Administrative Assistant, you will:
- Support a team of Condominium Managers with administrative and client service needs
- Assist with correspondence, document preparation, and record-keeping
- Communicate with owners, contractors, and Board members in a professional manner
- Gain exposure to all aspects of condominium operations, including financial management, maintenance coordination, and governance
- Contribute to a collaborative office environment where initiative and problem-solving are valued
As your training progresses, you will have the opportunity to transition into a Condominium Manager Candidate role, taking on greater responsibility in client and property management.
Career Growth and Work Structure
- Full-time, in-office position (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday)
- Fully licensed Condominium Managers may have the option to work in a hybrid model
- Management roles include evening meetings and periodic on-call rotation, compensated with additional pay
- All licensing courses, exams, and fees are fully supported by Pivotal
About You
You are detail-oriented, eager to learn, and enjoy a fast-paced, team-based environment. You take ownership of your work and thrive in settings where you can grow and take initiative without the need for close supervision.
Skills and experience that will help you succeed:
- Background in customer service, administrative support, or management (asset)
- Experience with condominiums—personally or professionally (asset, not required)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (required)
- Proficiency with computers and office software (required)
- Organized, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
