Kelowna Karting – All the Action, All in One Place.

Kelowna Karting is the Okanagan's only indoor go-kart track, and we're all about high-speed fun, friendly vibes, and delivering a five-star guest experience. We're looking for a Customer Experience Associate who's organized, upbeat, and ready to be the face of our facility.

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Customer Experience Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for guests—on the phone and in person. You'll help keep everything running smoothly by:

  • Greeting and assisting guests with a positive, welcoming attitude
  • Scheduling race times and managing daily bookings
  • Answering calls and helping with questions or directions
  • Coordinating event bookings and checking in participants
  • Keeping track of bookings and updating guest profiles
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
  • Helping with basic admin and day-to-day tasks around the facility

What We're Looking For:

We want someone who's confident, quick on their feet, and genuinely enjoys helping people. Here's what helps you stand out:

  • Previous experience in a front desk, customer service, or admin role
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, team-focused attitude
  • Comfortable using phones, computers, and scheduling systems
  • Good with basic math and problem-solving on the fly
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
  • Reliable and available to work evenings and weekends
