This position is ideal for Registered Social Workers (RSW) or Registered Psychotherapists (CRPO) with three or more years of clinical experience providing intake, assessment, treatment, and care coordination to youth survivors of sexual exploitation and trafficking. Located in Toronto, Ontario, this full-time, permanent position offers a salary of $63,071 to $73,447, with two openings available in a 24/7 trauma-informed residential program supporting female youth aged 12 to 17.

About the Opportunity

HealthOPM is recruiting for a Toronto-based non-profit organization offering specialized anti-human trafficking live-in programs for vulnerable youth.

As a Clinical Care Coordinator, you'll conduct assessments, facilitate evidence-informed therapy, and ensure treatment fidelity while leading trauma recovery initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead client intake, assessment, and eligibility screening

  • Provide trauma-focused therapy and group facilitation

  • Coordinate individualized treatment and complex-care plans

  • Maintain detailed records in TREAT and ensure compliance

  • Navigate internal/external services to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelors degree (Masters preferred) in Social Work or Psychology

  • Registered with OCSWSSW or CRPO

  • Minimum 3 years experience delivering clinical services to exploited youth

  • Proficiency in trauma-informed, harm-reduction, and anti-oppressive practices

Assets

  • Experience facilitating clinical groups or training staff

  • Multilingual or ASL proficiency (asset)
