Grimsby, ON | Olive Street Dental

We're looking for a reliable, friendly, and flexible Level II Dental Assistant to join our team (20–25 hours/week to start) — with the potential for additional hours as our practice continues to grow.

Olive Street Dental is a newer, community-focused practice that has been serving Grimsby and surrounding areas for the past four years. As we become more established, this role offers an opportunity to grow alongside a supportive and dedicated dental team.

What We're Looking For:

Certified Level II Dental Assistant (required)

New grads welcome — if you're professional, reliable, and eager to grow

Confident with both assisting and front desk tasks

Comfortable using dental software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

OpenDental experience is preferred, but not required

Friendly, outgoing, and able to build positive patient relationships

Highly organized with strong multitasking and time management skills

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Assisting during a variety of general dental procedures
  • Sterilization and operatory setup
  • Supporting patient scheduling and front desk coordination
  • Helping with insurance, billing, and patient records
  • Creating a welcoming environment and providing great patient education
