Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service, take accurate orders, and ensure a memorable dining experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. Previous experience in food service and familiarity with restaurant POS systems are preferred. The Server will be responsible for delivering food and beverages, managing guest interactions, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS
  • Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation quality
  • Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
  • Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering functions
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations
  • Assist in food preparation or kitchen support as needed
  • Manage multiple tables efficiently through effective time management
  • Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions and resolving concerns promptly
  • Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders

Requirements

  • Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred
  • Knowledge of POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude
  • Ability to handle cash handling and basic math accurately
  • Familiarity with food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling protocols
  • Excellent time management skills to serve multiple tables efficiently
  • Basic understanding of food industry standards and hospitality practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
