About the Role

You'll assist in daily operations including food quality, speed of service, cleanliness, and team motivation. This role is perfect for someone with previous restaurant or leadership experience who's ready to take the next step in their career.

What You'll Do

  • Supervise and motivate team members during shifts
  • Ensure top-quality food and excellent guest service
  • Handle cash, inventory, and shift paperwork accurately
  • Maintain Wendy's standards for safety, sanitation, and operations
  • Lead by example — promoting teamwork, respect, and fun
  • Support the Management Team with training, scheduling, and daily goals

What We're Looking For

  • Previous quick-service or restaurant leadership experience (1+ year preferred)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive attitude and passion for customer service
  • Flexible availability — evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Training

  • We require supervisors to train in our training store in St. John's NL for 4-6 Weeks. The employee will have access to paid accommodations during training.

AIP/LMIA

  • We have other businesses that are designated under these programs. Our nesest Corner Brook location will not be designated until February 2027.
